UGC NET Examination has Postponed and rescheduled for September 24th.
The National Testing Agency of Digital Desk has announced the postponement of the UGC-NET test, scheduled for September 24th.
According to the official circular issued by the NTA today, “AICEA-UG / PG and AICE-JRF / SRF (PhD) 2020-21 are being conducted on September 24 in view of the ICAR examination. National Testing Institute has re-scheduled UGC-NET exam dates for 2020. The decision was taken as there are some common candidates in both exams, ”the agency said. Also, the UGC-NET 2020 test will now be held from September 24.
According to the latest updates, the exact schedule of content and shift details will be subsequently uploaded.
The NTA said in its notification that the UGC-Net Exam 2020 official website for downloading the Admit Cards indicating the roll number, test center, date, shift and exam time will be published before the exam date.
The NTA will conduct UGC Net 2020 exams in 81 subjects at various examination centers across India to determine eligibility for the post of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) or Assistant Professor at various UGC accredited Indian Universities / Colleges / Institutions only.
The test consists of two papers, Paper I and II, which contain multiple-choice questions (MCQ). If Paper I in Teaching and Research tastes is common and compulsory for all candidates, then Paper-II candidate will be on the subject chosen. Both papers must be completed in 3 hours.
Tests to be held in June were postponed to September 16, after a delay in the epidemic
